Every child deserves a village
Village is the only platform that brings families, providers, and care teams together in one secure place — so care finally works the way it should.

Our story
Why we built village
A father’s mission for families like ours
My daughter and first born, Payton, was born with a rare genetic condition. She is partially missing a chromosome that is critical for building essential organs. She was diagnosed at 2 months old, and my wife and I were told she may never walk or talk.
She had 5 surgeries in 2 years and we started early intervention therapies immediately. We quickly learned that we were on our own. We had great doctors, but no singular doctor or medical professional helping us figure out each step of our journey. Payton is doing wonderfully now. But we often think about the tens of millions of children like Payton out there – families who are navigating developmental delays, special needs, rare conditions or diseases, chronic conditions, and more.
The more of them we meet, the more we realize that our experience with Payton is not unique, but shared. There has to be a better way.
This is why we're building Village…

A national challenge
1 in 5 children in the U.S. with differences need developmental, behavioral, or mental health services.
And those are just the children who already have access. Millions more go without the therapies they need to thrive. Families often wait months or even years to get help, losing valuable developmental time in the process.
care shouldn't be this hard
A broken system
Parents are navigating an impossible maze: late-night research, long waitlists, confusing insurance, and fragmented updates across schools and providers. Meanwhile, providers want to focus on care, but are stretched thin by admin and systems that make coordination difficult.
It takes too long to get started
Families often wait 12+ months to get started when early intervention matters most. Providers rely on word-of-mouth and limited capacity, making matching slow and unpredictable.
Care is costly and complex
Coverage gaps and high out-of-pocket costs force families into difficult trade-offs. Low and inconsistent reimbursement makes it hard for providers to accept insurance.
Parents carry the coordination load
Caregivers become the default care coordinator, juggling school and provider communication on their own. Clinicians want to collaborate, but cross-team coordination typically means unpaid administrative time.
Collaborate in a better way
Village is the “finally” moment
Parents are too often forced to choose: affordability, access, or quality. Providers feel the strain too, buried in admin and disconnected systems. With Village, you don’t have to compromise:

Love from families
"Village has transformed how I manage my daughter's care."
Now everything is in one place, and I don't have to be the middleman between her providers. It's made my life so much less stressful to not have to coordinate, and I feel like my daughter is getting the best out of all of her therapies!"
